  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Add the spinach and sauté for about a minute before adding the crushed garlic.
  • Stirring constantly, sauté together with the garlic for another minute or until the spinach is completely wilted.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Either clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth or peel the skin.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sautéed spinach and crumbled feta.
  • Fill each mushroom with about a teaspoon of filling.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.

Mushrooms stuffed with crispy bacon and salty parmesan and baked to perfection, you will absolutely love them! In addition, they are easy to prepare and not only because of this, you don’t have to prepare them just once.

What you will need

  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 6 slices of bacon, fried and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 500 g of large mushrooms, cleaned and without legs


  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • In a medium bowl, add Parmesan, bacon, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix everything together and set aside.
  • Add olive oil to a large oven-safe pan and heat over medium heat.
  • Add the mushrooms and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until they begin to brown slightly.
  • Add about 1 tablespoon of the cheese-bacon mixture to each mushroom.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms in the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

What you will need

For the filling:

  • 230 g cream cheese with chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco (optional)
  • 20 large mushrooms

For wrapping:

  • 230 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • frying oil


  • First, clean your mushrooms.
  • Separate the stem from the hat by gently rocking the stem back and forth.
  • Do this with all the mushrooms and then set them aside.
  • Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, tabasco, salt and pepper.
  • Take a heaping spoonful of the cheese mixture and fill the mushroom cap.
  • Fill all the mushrooms like this.
  • Prepare 3 bowls.
  • Fill the first bowl with flour, the second with beaten egg and the third with panko breadcrumbs.

  • ½ onion, chopped

  • Add the butter and olive oil to the pan and heat until the butter melts over medium heat.

  • Next, add the wine, lemon juice and breadcrumbs and mix.

  • Finally, add the blue cheese, stir and cook for another few minutes.

  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
