Method:

  • Mix with the pulse button until the mixture is a little thick, with pieces of vegetables and at the same time nice and soft.

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of ham flavored cream cheese
  • 3 cups of grated zucchini
  • 3 stalks of celery stalks
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1/4 cup green olives
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of chives
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Clean and cut the celery, olives, onion and spring onions.
  • Place in a bowl and add crushed garlic and zucchini.
  • Chop the cilantro and add to the bowl.
  • Unwrap the individual pieces of processed cheese and throw them into a bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix everything thoroughly.

Egg spread with homemade mayonnaise

A refreshing summer spread should contain only tasty ingredients that refresh, caress the taste buds and are not difficult for our digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp + 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 stalk of celery stalks
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Method:

  • Prepare a large bowl, fill it with ice and cold water.
  • Pour 6 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of salt into a deep pot. Set a higher temperature and bring to a boil.
  • Add the celery and cook for 2 minutes. We take it out and immediately immerse it in an ice bath.
  • Take out and clean the outer layer of celery using a peeler.
  • Pour vinegar into a pot of hot water and let it boil again.
  • Add the eggs and cook for 8 minutes.
  • We also take them out of the pot and immerse them in a bowl of ice water.
  • Once the eggs have cooled enough, peel them and separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Cut the egg whites into fine cubes and set aside.

Pea and Coriander Dip

Preparing a summer spread is a simple, yet important process. Especially if you are preparing it for your loved ones, friends or work colleagues.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of fresh peas
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice from a chemically untreated lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 1 – 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground dried coriander
  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method:

  • Put peas, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and water in a pot.
  • Bring to a boil and cook on medium-low heat for about 30 minutes until the peas are soft.
  • Then strain and rinse with cold water.
  • Pour the peas into the bowl of a food processor, add the remaining lemon juice and blend to a coarse paste.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
  • Clean the onion, cut it into cubes, peel the garlic and cut it into slices.
  • Throw in the pan, add the dried coriander and fry in the pan for about 1 minute.
  • Set aside and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Add fresh coriander leaves, cooled onion mixture to the peas and mix.
  • Add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly again.
  • If the spread is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of boiling water and mix.
  • Served with fresh bread and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 package of cream cheese

Method:

  • Clean the radishes and garlic and put them in the blender jar.
  • Mix well and add cream cheese, feta and parmesan. We mix a little again.

Method:

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the skin with a spoon.
  • Place in a blender, add olive oil, lemon juice and blend.
  • Add peeled and pressed garlic, salt and pepper and mix on medium speed for about 1 minute.
  • After that, season as needed, transfer to a bowl and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
