What will we need
- 125 g softened butter (or margarine)
- 300 g of sugar
- a teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 80 ml cup of milk
- 500 g of flour
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ tsp baking soda/2-1 cup walnuts)
Method
- Beat softened butter and sugar until smooth
- Add vanilla and egg
- Mix in the dry ingredients
- Add bananas and milk alternately
- Then add the nuts
- Grease the cake pan and sprinkle with flour or use in a muffin cup
- Then put the banana cake in the oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 45-60 minutes

Cocoa-banana bun on a baking sheet

What will we need
- 90 g butter (melted)
- 180 g of sugar
- 2 large eggs
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 80g mashed very ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)
- 30 g of cocoa powder
- 90 g plain flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- 120 g of chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Grease and line a 20 x 20 cm square baking tray with baking paper
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and mashed banana
- In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder
- Sift the flour mixture into the bowl with the wet ingredients, then mix gently until just combined
- Add the chocolate chips and mix the dough again
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of the bun comes out dry.
- Leave the banana bun to rest in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
- Cut into 12 pieces and serve

Banana Muffins with Chocolate
A tasty snack for school and work. Muffins you won’t be able to put down. Better prepare them from a double batch.
What will we need
- 180 g plain flour
- teaspoon of baking soda
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 120 g of sugar
- 125 g of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
- 75 g of melted butter, slightly cooled
- 1 large egg
- a teaspoon of vanilla
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a muffin tin with baking paper or grease it and sprinkle with coarse flour
- Mix the flour, salt, baking soda and sugar in a bowl, whisk and set aside
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl, add the eggs, melted butter and vanilla and mix to combine
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until combined
- Add the chocolate chips and continue mixing until the batter comes together
- Divide the dough into molds and add more pieces of chocolate chips as needed
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean.

- Divide the baked pancake into two halves and let it cool
- Then we prepare the cream
