Ingredients:
Dumplings:
- 1 1/4 cup flour with the addition of baking powder (self-raising flour)

- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup golden syrup
Sauce:
- 30 g of butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup golden syrup
- 1 1/2 cups of water
Method:
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add the butter and process until both ingredients are mixed.
- We add milk and golden syrup and make a smooth mass from which we shape balls/dumplings of the same size.
- Heat all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Then reduce the temperature and throw the prepared dumplings into the boiling sauce.
- Cover with a lid and let it cook for about 25 minutes.
- The dumplings should be puffy and golden during cooking.
- Serve warm, ideally garnished with whipped cream and ice cream.

Buckwheat pancakes

- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 4 eggs

- 1/2 cup warm water (110°C)
- 1 bag of dry yeast

Dough:
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 2 3/4 cups semi-coarse flour
Filling:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
Glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method:
- Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter. Mix water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl and leave in a warm place for 5 minutes until the yeast activates.
- Put coconut oil, almond milk, salt, sugar in another bowl and mix. Then add the yeast mixture.
- Sift the flour into a large bowl and add the wet ingredients. Mix until the mixture is sticky.
- We turn it out onto a floured roll and thoroughly work a smooth dough with our hands. Knead for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Grease a glass bowl with a little coconut oil, put the dough in it, cover it and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour so that it doubles in size.
- Meanwhile, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the filling in a bowl. Put the dough on a floured surface and roll it into a rectangle.
- Brush with melted coconut oil and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the entire surface. Roll up like a roll and cut into 12 equally wide slices of about 2 cm.
- Place the individual slices/rolls in a baking dish and leave to rise for another hour. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Put the rolls in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, until the surface is golden. Take out the baked goods and let them rest for 10 minutes.

- Add the pecans and mix. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy.
- Add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peel, custard, salt and milk to the egg mixture. Whisk thoroughly until everything is combined.
- Finally, add the melted butter and mix for the last time.
- Pour the mixture prepared in this way over the cut brioches and mix so that all the cubes are soaked evenly.
- Let it rest for 1 hour and then mix in the raisins and rum.
- We put it in a mold, which we previously greased with butter. We press a lot so that the bread absorbs the custard mixture as much as possible.
- Cover with foil and prepare a smart pot, into which we first pour 1 1/2 cups of clean water.
- Carefully place the form on the inner base of the pot and carefully close the pot.
- We set it for 30 minutes and then another 15 minutes during the release of steam.
- After this time, open the lid and very carefully remove the form from the pot.
- In a small saucepan, heat the butter with the brown sugar until it melts.

- Put chopped apples and rhubarb, granulated sugar, lemon juice and vanilla into another bowl and mix.

Is there a better and more interesting combination for any sweet dish than juicy fruit, sparkling wine, whipped cream and mascarpone? It’s the perfect dessert for the summer months that will refresh, caress the taste buds and dazzle every visitor.
Ingredients:
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 200 ml of water
- 100 g cane sugar
- 8 leaves of fresh basil
- 4 large peaches (halved and pitted)
- 200 ml of sparkling wine
Vanilla cream:
- 1 vanilla pod (seeds only)
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 100 ml whipping cream
Method:
- Place the vanilla sugar, cane sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the temperature, throw in the basil and carefully insert the peach halves. Let it boil for about 2 – 3 minutes.
- Then switch off, cover with a lid and let the peaches cool in the syrup.
- As soon as the peaches and the syrup are cold, add the sparkling wine, mix gently and let it rest under the lid for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, before the wine soaks into the peaches, prepare the sauce.
- Put the seeds from the vanilla pod, mascarpone and cream in a bowl and whisk together.
- Prepare 4 bowls, put 2 peach halves in each, a little syrup and decorate with vanilla sauce.
- We can also add fresh basil leaves or halved pods, but it is not necessary.

Indian carrot pudding
This quick sweet dish originating from India is mostly prepared during the winter season. Of course, this does not mean that we cannot enjoy it, for example, in the spring.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 4 large carrots
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 5 spoons of cane sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped unsalted cashews
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios for garnish
Method:
- Clean and grate the carrots, either by hand or on an electric grater.
- Heat a Wok over medium heat and once it’s hot, add 1 tablespoon of Ghee.
- Throw in the carrot and fry for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until the carrot changes color.
- Add the milk and let it cook for another 7 minutes so that the milk is absorbed. We must not forget to keep stirring.
- When all the milk is absorbed, add sugar and the second spoon of Ghee. We continue to mix for 6 minutes.
- We do not stop mixing and gradually add cardamom powder and cashew nuts.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Then just serve garnished with pistachios.

- 190 g plain flour
- Pinch of salt
- 310 ml of water

Hot Chili Chocolate:
- 2 liters of milk

Method:
- Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Put the water in a pot together with the butter and bring it to a boil, stirring constantly at a low temperature.
- Once the butter has melted, add the flour and salt and stir until the dough stops sticking to the sides of the pot. It forms a sticky ball.
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes and then beat one egg at a time into the mixture using a hand mixer. After adding the last egg, beat until a smooth dough is formed that will be thick and shiny.
- We transfer it to a pastry bag with a decorative nozzle with a diameter of 1 cm.
- Heat enough oil in a pan or pot to a depth of 7 cm. Heat on medium heat to a temperature of 190°C.
- Press the dough into the oil and always cut off a 10 cm piece with a knife. Fry on both sides, turn to the other side after 2 minutes.
- Remove from the oil with a slotted ladle and transfer to a bowl with paper kitchen towels to soak up excess oil.
- We continue like this until we have processed all the dough. There should be 24 pieces in total.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, add still warm churros and cover thoroughly.
- As a drink, we will prepare hot chocolate with chili. Just heat the milk in a saucepan, add the broken chocolate and let it melt.
- Pour the chilli chocolate into glasses and serve with the churros.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup white rice
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 spoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt

For the frosting:
- 2 tablespoons of butter

- Dried cranberries
Method:
