What will we need

  • 250 g plain flour

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with the yogurt, melted butter, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined.
  • The dough should be thick and lumpy.

Melt some chocolate. Draw your images directly onto a piece of wax paper and then let the chocolate harden. When the chocolate has set, gently peel the pictures from the wax paper and press them into the cream on the muffins.

Stir the mixture until all the chocolate has dissolved in the milk and you are left with a smooth, glossy sauce. Let it cool on the line for a few minutes to thicken.

You can dip the tops of the cupcakes directly into the bowl with the ganache, or you can pour the sauce over them.
