  • 220 g of fresh salmon
  • ¼ cup finely chopped seedless salad cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Cheese tartare

It tastes best on fried toast smeared with garlic. You can decorate with pickled peppers, pickles and fresh onions.


  • 300 curds
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of ketchup
  • a pinch of chili
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 2 spoons of mayonnaise


  • Grate the cottage cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Rub the butter with the garlic, add the mustard, ketchup, paprika, chili, chives, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, finely chopped shallot and cottage cheese.
  • Mix everything.

Beef tartar steak

White wine goes well with this tartare. Definitely a beer for beer lovers.


  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • a pinch of chili
  • 400 g virgin beef tenderloin or beef back
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley


  • First, we prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, both types of mustard, wine vinegar and capers.
  • Leave the meat at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  • If you have sirloin meat, don’t chop finely, it’s easy. If, on the other hand, you have the back, put the meat in a meat grinder.
  • Add the ground meat to the dressing, season with salt and pepper, add shallots and egg yolks.

Tip: If you want to mix the tartare yourself or prepare it for a guest, serve a pile of meat on a plate. Make a well in the middle, put the yolk in it. Then add the rest of the ingredients and have fun seasoning. Treat yourself to the perfectly seasoned tartare on a piece of crispy toast, bread or toast smeared with garlic.

Amazing mushroom tartare

It is almost indistinguishable from the beef tartare recipe. Enjoy delicacies from the forest.


  • 400 g of mushrooms of your choice and options (the best are right-handed, but it can also be a mixture)
  • 1 large onion

  • Dijon mustard

  • Clean the mushrooms and cut them into the smallest possible pieces.

  • Allow the stewed mixture to cool, then add pressed garlic, Worcestershire, mustard, ketchup, chili, paprika, salt, pepper, soften with oil, add egg yolks and mix.

Vegetable zucchini tartare

Zucchini is also a versatile ingredient that tastes great in a tartare creation.


  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 shallot or red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ketchup
  • Dijon mustard
  • Worcester
  • sweet pepper

  • pepper

  • Coarsely grate the zucchini on a grater (if it has large seeds, scoop them out beforehand).

Fake sweet potato and beetroot tartare

A combination of three main ingredients, which are, of course, very healthy.


  • 2 medium-sized beets
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • ½ red onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a handful of sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard


  • Wash the beetroot and sweet potato and let them cook until soft over steam.
  • Then chop both finely (each ingredient separately), possibly grate coarsely, and add 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, fried onion, salt and pepper to the beets and sweet potatoes.
  • Peel the avocado, cut it into cubes, add a teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Place the avocado mixture in a small bowl soaked under cold water, spread the sweet potatoes on top and the beets on top.

A real steak tartare is made from beef. The perfect piece for preparing this delicious dish is high-quality beef tenderloin. Almost the same result can be achieved by using a cheaper piece of beef back meat, which is, however, beautifully lean. Overgrown meat would be really hard for us to chew.

Although steak tartar is prepared by scraping, it is recommended to mince the meat for quick and practical preparation. This will prevent the oxidation of the muscle dyes of the meat. That would not look very appealing on the plate.

Since tartare is so popular, it has deserved other imitations that are not made of meat, but of different types of vegetables, mushrooms or cheese.

Proper seasoning of meat or any other food can be achieved by gradual tasting. We add everything in moderation so that it is not overpaid. The main ingredients should always be heard in the taste.

Also, watch out for salting or peppering. Among the main ingredients of universal flavorings for tartares are Worcestershire, mustard, ketchup, oil, dried paprika and other spices. The real nutty part of it all is mixing in fresh egg yolks.
