There is nothing easier than preparing a delicious salad. Serve it as a side dish or even as a main course!
What will we need
- 200 g of classic schmakoun
- ½ lettuce
- 100 g of zucchini
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of niva
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 100 g of white yogurt
- Juice of ½ lemon
- A teaspoon of curry spice
Method
- Heat up a frying pan and add a spoonful of olive oil
- Add the onion to the pan and sauté
- When the onion turns golden, add chopped mushrooms and chopped zucchini
- When the vegetables are soft, let them cool slightly
- Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and curry in a bowl
- We mix until we get a dough
- Cut the lettuce and put it in a bowl
- Add the sautéed vegetables
- Pour the dressing over everything and mix
- Sprinkle with the niva and serve

China with grilled schmakoun
Need to prepare something quick and tasty? Try this healthy one pan Chinese recipe! It is a treat full of vegetables, therefore full of vitamins and nutrients.
What will we need
- 250 g of cooked rice
- 200 g of smoked ham
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Chinese cabbage
- Red bell pepper
- Onion
- 40 g shitake mushrooms
- A teaspoon of starch
- Clove of garlic
- 2 spoons of soy sauce
- 5 cm of fresh ginger
- A teaspoon of sugar
- Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon chili
- Frozen vegetables
Method
- Cut the smoked schmakoun into strips
- Mix it with eggs, starch, a spoonful of soy sauce and let it rest for 30 minutes
- Cut the Chinese cabbage, chop the onion, put everything in a bowl and season with pepper
- Heat the pan to medium heat, add oil and fry the shitake mushrooms
- Then add the chopped pepper and onion together with the cabbage
- Add marinated shallot, garlic, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, wine vinegar, chili and frozen vegetables
- Cover the pan and simmer everything for a while
- Serve with rice

Goulash soup with meat and egg whites
Something to warm the body and caress the soul. Enjoy this soup full of nutrients and strengthen your immunity easily and quickly.
What will we need
- 200 g of schmakoun (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Medium onion
- Clove of garlic
- 150 ml of broth
- 60 ml of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- ½ teaspoon goulash seasoning
- A teaspoon of chili
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Fry the onion in oil until golden brown
- Add sliced garlic, ½ broth
- Bring everything to a boil
- Then add cubed smakoun, ketchup, salt, pepper, chili and spices to the goulash
- Bring the soup to a boil again
- Dilute it with hot water, add the rest of the broth
- If necessary, add flour and thicken the soup
- Boil everything and serve it with a piece of your favorite pastry, potatoes or dumplings or rice
The soup can be thickened with more starch or flour and can be served with potatoes or dumplings or rice as a sauce.

Schmakoun beer schnitzels
Czech classics must not be missed. We have replaced the fried meat with an ingredient full of protein and great taste, try it too!
What will we need
- 200 g of schmakoun in Provençal spices
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 100 g plain flour
- Egg
- Clove of garlic
- ¼ cup of beer
- A spoonful of mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Beat eggs in beer, add crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper
- Stir in the flour and thicken the mixture in such a way that the smakoun can be easily coated
- If necessary, dilute the mixture slightly with beer
- Cut the smakoun into slices and dip it in the prepared batter
- Heat a pan with oil to a high temperature
- Let’s quickly fry the smakoun on both sides
Garlic can be replaced with soy or BBQ sauce.
Serve schmakoun cutlet with mashed potatoes, bread, potato salad or vegetable zucchini salad , which you can prepare according to our recipes!

Vegetarian sausage hot dog
Try the American style in its healthy jacket! You won’t regret it, every bite will melt on your tongue, even a staunch opponent of healthy food will enjoy the snack!
What will we need
- Sausage Smack (or Sausage Smack)
- Leaf curly salad
- Pepper
- Cucumber
- Spring onion
- Red onion
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Pastries for hot dogs
Method
- Boil the sausages in water, heat them in the microwave oven or fry them in a pan
- Cut all the vegetables into medium-sized pieces
- Cut the pastry and spread ketchup on one half and mustard on the other half
- Add salad, some vegetables, sausage or sausage
- Cover it with vegetables and sprinkle with ketchup or mustard
- We serve
Hot dog buns are best baked before filling, or lightly fried in oil

Fruit dumplings with apricot jam
A great idea for a Sunday lunch that will not take you any time and you will be able to enjoy this protein goodness.
What will we need
For the dough
- 200 g of apricot Schmakoun (finely grated)
- 130 g ground flakes
- Sweetener (stevia, agave syrup)
- 10 tablespoons of water
For filling
- 300 g of fruit (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, peaches…)
For the cream
- 150 g of Greek yogurt
- 30 g of chocolate protein (or just cocoa)
- 15 g of grated chocolate
Method
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and set aside
- Meanwhile, mix and whip all the ingredients for the cream
- Divide the rested dough into several equal parts
- We wrap a piece of fruit of our choice in each part
- Start boiling water in a larger pot
- When the water boils, throw the dumplings into it and let them float to the surface, it takes about 3 minutes
- Only then do we take them out
- Decorate the dumplings with cream, peanut butter, remaining fruit and serve

What will we need
On the corpus
- 200 g of plum Schmakoun
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of milk
- 100 ml of oil
- 250 g of sugar
- 250 g of wholemeal flour
- 250 g plain flour
- Baking powder
For filling
- 300 g of plums
- 100 g of ground poppy seeds
- 500 g of cottage cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Cut the sweet potato into small pieces
- Add it to the eggs and milk and mix everything with a stick blender to a smooth puree
- We then pour the puree into another and mix it with the remaining ingredients for the dough
- We also mix poppy seeds and cottage cheese for the poppy seed filling
- Pour the dough onto a tray lined with baking paper
- Pour the poppy seed filling on top and arrange the plums
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes

Strawberry cheesecake
A dessert full of nutrients and sweetness. It’s incredibly well balanced, you won’t have a hard time after it, and you’ll avoid the guilt of snacking, because you’ll be snacking really, really healthy!
What will we need
On the corpus
- 200 g of Schmakouna crankcase and goji
- 2 eggs
- 10 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons of liquid sweetener
For filling
- 3 cottage cheeses
- 3 eggs
- Sweetener
- 200 g of strawberries
- Milk for dilution
Method
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough
- Make a non-sticky dough from the mixture
- Roll out the dough and place it in a greased or lined form with baking paper
- For the filling, mix cottage cheese with eggs, sweetener, ½ strawberry and milk
- Pour the filling onto the body and level it, add the remaining strawberries on top
- Place the cheesecake in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes
- Serve with fresh fruit or on its own

Unbaked sweet balls of carrot and pumpkin
An unbaked dessert made from only the best ingredients, together with this protein bomb, is a real healthy delicacy that you will appreciate in your diet.
What will we need
- 50 g of Schmakouna Plum & Cinnamon
- 200 g of walnuts
- 30 g of carrots
- 80 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- A spoonful of cinnamon
- Sweetener (maple syrup, agave syrup…)
- Coconut (for coating)
Method
- Finely grate the leek, carrot and pumpkin
- Add 150 g of coarsely ground nuts, a spoonful of cinnamon and sweetener
- Mix everything thoroughly
- We will start forming balls from the dough.
- We additionally wrap them in nuts or grated coconut
- I put the balls on a bed and let them rest for a few hours

Cupcakes filled with marshmallow cream
Fragile cupcakes made from coke flour combined with delicious creams full of proteins, is something that will be appreciated especially by lovers of all things sweet, but also healthy!
What will we need
- 180 g of coconut flour
- Yolk
- 50 g of vegetable oil
- 60 g of coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
- 25 g of ghee
- 60 g of hazelnuts
- Pinch of salt
Coconut cream
- 100 g Schmakouna original
- 6 tablespoons of coconut cream
- Banana
For cocoa cream
- 1 ½ packages of coconut cream
- 3 spoons of cocoa
- Maple syrup
- A spoonful of ghee
For decoration
- Hot chocolate
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Kiwi
- Tangerines
- Raspberries
Method
- Sift the flour and then add the other ingredients to it
- Mix everything together and make a dough
- Cover the finished dough with cling film and put it in the fridge for 2 hours
- Then we roll out the dough and cut circles using a mold
- Place the rounds in muffin tins
- Place the molds in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes
- Let the finished cupcakes rest overnight
- Whip the coconut cream for the coconut cream
- We take 5 spoons from it and mix them with banana and Schmakoun
- Then mix the mixture back into the whipped cream
- For the cocoa cream, add milk and syrup to the cream and beat everything together
- We start filling the cupcakes first with coconut cream and then with cocoa cream
- Decorate the cupcakes with dark chocolate and fruit and leave to cool in the fridge

How to make a home-made cake?
It might seem that this raw material is an achievement of modern times. The opposite is true! This dish made of pure proteins has been among the traditional dishes, especially festive ones, in Eastern Europe for many centuries. Prepare a simple recipe for a homemade sweet and enjoy its great taste!
What will we need
- 12 large eggs
- 1 liter of whole milk
- Teaspoon of salt
- 6 whole black peppercorns (optional)
Method
- Let’s create a water bath
- Crack an egg into the bowl above the water bath
- Add milk and salt (and pepper, if using) and mix thoroughly
- Bring the water to a boil in a water bath
- Bowl with eggs and milk, stirring vigorously until the mixture thickens, about 20 to 30 minutes or until the whey stops running
- Line the colander with a damp cloth that is large enough to hang over the sides of the colander
- Place a colander lined with a tea towel over the bowl
- We will use a slotted spoon to scoop up the homemade custard and transfer it to a colander with a tea towel
- Leave the smakoun to drain for 10 minutes
- We take the edges of the towel and tighten it tightly around the cake so that all the whey starts to flow out
- Let it drain overnight in the fridge
- When the smakoun is ready to be served, remove the tea towel
- Served on bread, with cold cuts or separately sprinkled with a little salt
