What will we need

  1. 200 g of classic schmakoun
  2. ½ lettuce
  3. 100 g of zucchini
  4. 100 g of mushrooms
  5. 100 g of niva
  6. 100 g of mayonnaise
  7. 100 g of white yogurt
  8. Juice of ½ lemon
  9. A teaspoon of curry spice

Method

  1. Heat up a frying pan and add a spoonful of olive oil
  2. Add the onion to the pan and sauté
  3. When the onion turns golden, add chopped mushrooms and chopped zucchini
  4. When the vegetables are soft, let them cool slightly
  5. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and curry in a bowl
  6. We mix until we get a dough
  7. Cut the lettuce and put it in a bowl

What will we need

  1. 250 g of cooked rice
  2. 200 g of smoked ham
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 100 g Chinese cabbage
  5. Red bell pepper
  6. Onion
  7. 40 g shitake mushrooms
  8. A teaspoon of starch
  9. Clove of garlic
  10. 2 spoons of soy sauce
  11. 5 cm of fresh ginger
  12. A teaspoon of sugar
  13. Vinegar
  14. ½ teaspoon chili
  15. Frozen vegetables

Method

  1. Cut the smoked schmakoun into strips
  2. Mix it with eggs, starch, a spoonful of soy sauce and let it rest for 30 minutes
  3. Cut the Chinese cabbage, chop the onion, put everything in a bowl and season with pepper
  4. Heat the pan to medium heat, add oil and fry the shitake mushrooms

What will we need

  1. 200 g of schmakoun (cut into small pieces)
  2. 2 tablespoons of oil
  3. Medium onion
  4. Clove of garlic
  5. 150 ml of broth
  6. 60 ml of ketchup
  7. 2 tablespoons plain flour
  8. ½ teaspoon goulash seasoning
  9. A teaspoon of chili
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper

Method

  1. Fry the onion in oil until golden brown
  2. Add sliced garlic, ½ broth
  3. Bring everything to a boil
  4. Then add cubed smakoun, ketchup, salt, pepper, chili and spices to the goulash
  5. Bring the soup to a boil again
  6. Dilute it with hot water, add the rest of the broth
  7. If necessary, add flour and thicken the soup

What will we need

  1. 200 g of schmakoun in Provençal spices
  2. 2 tablespoons of oil
  3. 100 g plain flour
  4. Egg
  5. Clove of garlic
  6. ¼ cup of beer
  7. A spoonful of mustard
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper

Method

  1. Beat eggs in beer, add crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper
  2. Stir in the flour and thicken the mixture in such a way that the smakoun can be easily coated
  3. If necessary, dilute the mixture slightly with beer
  4. Cut the smakoun into slices and dip it in the prepared batter
  5. Heat a pan with oil to a high temperature
  6. Let’s quickly fry the smakoun on both sides

Garlic can be replaced with soy or BBQ sauce.

  2. 3 eggs

For filling

  • 300 g of plums
  • 100 g of ground poppy seeds
  • 500 g of cottage cheese

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Cut the sweet potato into small pieces
  3. Add it to the eggs and milk and mix everything with a stick blender to a smooth puree
  4. We then pour the puree into another and mix it with the remaining ingredients for the dough
  5. We also mix poppy seeds and cottage cheese for the poppy seed filling
  6. Pour the dough onto a tray lined with baking paper
  7. Pour the poppy seed filling on top and arrange the plums
  8. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes

Prepare a simple recipe for a homemade sweet and enjoy its great taste!

What will we need

  1. 12 large eggs
  2. 1 liter of whole milk
  3. Teaspoon of salt
  4. 6 whole black peppercorns (optional)

Method

  1. Let’s create a water bath
  2. Crack an egg into the bowl above the water bath
  3. Add milk and salt (and pepper, if using) and mix thoroughly
  4. Bring the water to a boil in a water bath
  5. Bowl with eggs and milk, stirring vigorously until the mixture thickens, about 20 to 30 minutes or until the whey stops running
  6. Line the colander with a damp cloth that is large enough to hang over the sides of the colander
