INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • fresh onion
  • salt

METHOD

  • Wipe the cottage cheese with butter, then add the chopped onion, lightly salt, add paprika and mix.
  • Serve spread on a slice of homemade bread.

  • juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  • Toast the cumin in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and let cool.
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until desired consistency is reached.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • 60 g of butter

  • 1 capsicum

METHOD

  • Wipe the butter with salt, add mustard, red pepper, soft cottage cheese and chopped capsicum.

This spread is absolutely luxurious! Contains red lentils, sun-dried tomatoes, maple syrup, fresh herbs and miso. It is spicy, sweet and salty, easy to prepare and above all incredibly tasty. In addition, it is gluten and oil free and contains a lot of protein, vitamins and minerals.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups vegetable broth or water
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
  • 3 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1-2 tablespoons of baker’s yeast
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup + extra for serving
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon white masa (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill (optional)
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

  • Mince the garlic and chop the onion.
  • Add to a large pot and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the onions are browned.
  • Stir frequently and add 1-2 tablespoons of water at a time to prevent sticking.
  • Add the lentils and vegetable stock and cook for a further 10-15 minutes until the lentils are tender and have absorbed the liquid.
  • Transfer the cooked lentils with the rest of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  • Serve warm or cold with maple syrup and chopped dill.
  • Enjoy your meal!

  • 300 g crackers
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and ground pepper

METHOD

  • First, hard-boil the eggs and let them cool after cooking.
  • Meanwhile, clean the onion and finely chop it.
  • Grind cracklings and add chopped onion and boiled eggs to them.
  • You can either grate the eggs or cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Add a little mustard – ordinary or Kremžské, or a combination of them.
  • Season with salt and ground black pepper as needed.
