Tuscan Chicken Stew

You Will Need:

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium onion cut into 1/2″ wedges
  • 1 Can Diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 Bag Dry Italian soup mix (beans, pasta, etc)
  • 1/4 cup wine or water
  • 1 pkg Baby spinach leaves
  • 3 Tsp DYB? Mediterranean Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp DYB? For the Love of Garlic Seasoning

Directions:

Mix ingredients in a slow cooker making sure there is enough liquid to fully cover chicken and dry soup mix.  Set cooker on low and cook for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
