Tuscan Chicken Stew
You Will Need:
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion cut into 1/2″ wedges
- 1 Can Diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 Bag Dry Italian soup mix (beans, pasta, etc)
- 1/4 cup wine or water
- 1 pkg Baby spinach leaves
- 3 Tsp DYB? Mediterranean Seasoning
- 1 Tsp DYB? For the Love of Garlic Seasoning
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a slow cooker making sure there is enough liquid to fully cover chicken and dry soup mix. Set cooker on low and cook for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
