  1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl
  2. Stir the mixture to combine
  3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla extract
  4. Beat the dough so that it is smooth
  5. Heat up a non-stick pan
  6. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter on it
  7. Pour the batter into the middle of the pan and let it bake
  8. Fry the fritters until brown on both sides

  2. Mix flour, salt, vanilla and egg yolks in a large bowl
  3. Mix until the mixture is smooth
  4. Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl
  5. As soon as the egg whites start to have a thick consistency, we start slowly adding sugar to it
  6. Beat the egg whites until they start to form peaks
  7. It is necessary that the egg whites are stiff and form snow peaks

  7. 50 g granulated sugar
  8. 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  9. ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  10. ½ teaspoon of salt

For cream cheese

  1. 450 g of fresh strawberries
  2. 100 g of sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 4 egg yolks
  5. 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  6. ¼ teaspoon salt
  7. 70 g of butter


  1. Pour the kefir into a large bowl
  2. Add mashed banana, egg, butter and vanilla extract to it
  3. Stir until all the ingredients are combined
  4. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt to the side bowl

  6. Mix the wet and dry ingredients in one bowl and make a dough

  19. We move the mixture back to the stove and cook on medium heat until the mixture starts to thicken

  21. Finally, mix in the butter
  22. We serve the fritters with warm strawberry curd and maple syrup
