1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 Tbsp DYB? For the Love of Garlic
3 green peppers, chopped
1 can or jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce (or make your own)
2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 C shredded cheese (I use mozzarella)
Preheat the oven to 350F
Cook the ground beef and peppers in a skillet until the beef is done and the peppers are soft, adding For the Love of Garlic after draining (about 1/2 way through cooking).
Combine beef mixture with 1/2 cup of cheese, sauce, and rice. Pour into a 13×9 casserole, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20 minutes.
