  • 2 cups spelled flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup room temperature almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • a pinch of fine sea salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate for frosting
  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk for topping


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the baking soda and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cocoa powder with the maple syrup, coconut oil, applesauce and all the spices.
  4. Add the mixture from the first bowl (flour, table salt and a pinch of salt) and almond milk to the bowl with the cocoa powder, coconut oil and applesauce. Mix the batter thoroughly to combine all the ingredients together.
  5. Grease and line a baking sheet and pour the batter into it.
  6. Bake the dough for about 20 to 23 minutes.
  7. Leave the baked dough to cool.
  8. In the meantime, heat the coconut milk intended for the frosting and add the chocolate to it.
  9. Stir until the chocolate frosting is lump-free.
  10. Pour the chocolate frosting over the cooled baked brownies, let it harden, then cut the brownies into pieces.

Banana candy for vegans

Banana cookies are made from only 4 ingredients.

They are vegan, without oils. Their preparation is simple and quick. Prepare other delicacies from bananas . Just replace animal products with vegetable products (see at the end of this article).


  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl. Add the almond milk to them and mix.
  • Add flour and baking powder. Mix until all the ingredients are combined and a thick dough is formed.
  • Using a spoon, place mounds of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake the cookies in the oven for up to 10 to 15 minutes, until they are brown around the edges.

Unbaked vegan cookies or cheesecake

The dessert consists of two layers, the crust and the cheese layer.

There are several vegan versions and we are going to give you one now.


  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 5 dried dates
  • 3 tablespoons of almond milk
  • a pinch of fine sea salt


  1. Line a round cake pan with parchment paper or use a silicone mold.
  2. Blend the oatmeal, pitted dates, dried coconut, almonds and salt with a food processor at the highest possible speed.
  3. Reduce the speed of the food processor and add the almond milk. Mix until a sticky mixture forms.
  4. Pour the mixture into the mold and press it with a spoon or your fingers.


  • 1 cup raw cashew nuts (soaked in water overnight)
  • 1/2 cup semolina (boiled for 10 minutes)
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup agave syrup


  1. Cook semolina over medium heat for 10 minutes (or according to package directions).
  2. If any lumps appear, blend it further with a hand mixer.
  3. Let the semolina cool.
  4. Drain the cashews and blend them together with the almond milk, coconut oil and agave syrup.
  5. Add the resulting mixture to the semolina and whisk.
  6. Whisk the mixture until a smooth cream is formed.
  7. Pour the cream over the crust and spread it evenly.
  8. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours, but ideally overnight.
TIP : Blend the raspberries together with a teaspoon of agave syrup to make a puree. Once you’ve sliced the cheesecake, garnish it with raspberry puree and top with more fresh raspberries.

Gluten-free vegan gingerbread

You can also bake vegan gluten-free cookies. Gingerbread is an essential part of Christmas.

Gingerbread is even the most popular and best vegan candy during the Christmas holidays.


  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seed
  • 1 and 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Blend the almonds so that they become flour.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Roll out the dough to a sheet about 6 mm thick.
  5. Cut out gingerbread cookies.
  6. Then place the gingerbread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • 450 g plain flour
  • 300 g of solidified vegetable fat (for example, cocoa butter)
  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, or two mashed bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest


  1. Heat the vegetable oil.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together until they come together into a dough.
  3. Let the dough rest for about an hour, first at room temperature. After an hour, put it in the fridge for another half hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a sheet approximately 3 mm high.
  5. Cut out circles (or other shapes). Make a hole in the middle of the cookie in half with a cookie cutter.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  7. Line the tray with baking paper.
  8. Bake the linecké for about 5 minutes.
  9. Paint the candy without cut-out holes with homemade marmalade and stick the parts with the cut-out hole in the middle onto it.

What is used in baking vegan cookies?
