Veggie Fries - Three Ways

Spicy carrot fries are a perfect side to your next burger fest. Make or purchase some homemade Tzatziki or use Do You Bake? Dilly Dill Pickle dip as a YUMMY dunkable sauce. Sweet Potato fries are a delicious sweet pick me up to your grilled chicken burgers or your next fish dinner! Sweet, savory and lots of YUMM. Perfect with ketchup, YUMMY with greek yogurt or mayonnaise Baked Zucchini fries are a must try! They will remind you of that delicious Italian Fried Zucchini without all the extra fry! Sprinkle a little fresh parmesan cheese, and your taste buds will dance. Great for dunking in a freshly warmed bowl of Marinara sauce.

- Yield : 2 - 3 serving per vegetable batch
Ingredients
- carrots - 2 - 4 (peeled, thinly sliced)
- Zucchinis - 1 - 2 (ends removed, sliced thin)
- Sweet Potatoes - 1 - 2 (peeled, thinly sliced)
- Naan Ya Business Seasoning Blend - 1 Tablespoon
- Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - to taste
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- For the Love of Garlic Seasoning - 1 Tablespoon
- Vegetable or Olive Oil - 2 - 3 Tablespoons
Instructions
Preheat Oven : 425F Spicy Carrot Fries
- Wash and cut your carrots to 'fry' size
- In a large bowl, toss your carrots with 1 - 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon Do You Bake? Naan Ya Business Salt Free Seasoning Blend, salt and pepper to taste
- Arrange carrots on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake at 425F for 20 - 30 minutes, turning with a spatula every 10 minutes (flip over) until slightly crispy.
- Pour into a bowl and serve with your favorite sauce!
- Wash and cut your Zucchini to 'fry' size - about 1/2 inch thick strips
- Preheat your oven
- Line a baking sheet with lightly greased parchment or aluminum foil
- Stir in bread crumbs, Do You Bake? for the love of garlic seasoning in a medium bowl
- Whisk eggs in a separate shallow bowl
- Working in batches, dip zucchini strips into egg mixture, shake to remove any excess and roll strips in bread crumb mixture to coat
- Transfer coated zucchini strips to prepared baking sheet
- Bake zucchini fries in the preheated oven, turning a few times until golden and crisp, about 20 - 25 minutes
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Serve with Marinara!
- Wash, peel and cut your sweet potatoes to fry size - a little smaller than 1/2 inch thick strips
- Preheat your oven
- Line a baking sheet with lightly greased parchment
- Mix your potatoes, 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 - 2 tablespoons of Do You Bake? Sinfully Cinnamon Sweet spice blend. Toss until they are evenly coated
- Transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet, spread into a single layer
- Place in oven and cook for 25 - 35 minutes, turning the fries a few times during that time to cook evenly. May take more or less time, depending on the size and thickness of the cut.
- Remove from oven once the edges slightly begin to brown and fries begin to crisp. Sprinkle course salt on top when they are hot out of the oven (optional)
