Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat Oven : 425F Spicy Carrot Fries
  • Wash and cut your carrots to 'fry' size
  • In a large bowl, toss your carrots with 1 - 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon Do You Bake? Naan Ya Business Salt Free Seasoning Blend, salt and pepper to taste
  • Arrange carrots on a parchment lined baking sheet
  • Bake at 425F for 20 - 30 minutes, turning with a spatula every 10 minutes (flip over) until slightly crispy.
  • Pour into a bowl and serve with your favorite sauce!
Zucchini Fries
  • Wash and cut your Zucchini to 'fry' size - about 1/2 inch thick strips
  • Preheat your oven
  • Line a baking sheet with lightly greased parchment or aluminum foil
  • Stir in bread crumbs, Do You Bake? for the love of garlic seasoning in a medium bowl
  • Whisk eggs in a separate shallow bowl
  • Working in batches, dip zucchini strips into egg mixture, shake to remove any excess and roll strips in bread crumb mixture to coat
  • Transfer coated zucchini strips to prepared baking sheet
  • Bake zucchini fries in the preheated oven, turning a few times until golden and crisp, about 20 - 25 minutes
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  • Serve with Marinara!
Sweet Potato Fries
  • Wash, peel and cut your sweet potatoes to fry size - a little smaller than 1/2 inch thick strips
  • Preheat your oven
  • Line a baking sheet with lightly greased parchment
  • Mix your potatoes, 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 - 2 tablespoons of Do You Bake? Sinfully Cinnamon Sweet spice blend. Toss until they are evenly coated
  • Transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet, spread into a single layer
  • Place in oven and cook for 25 - 35 minutes, turning the fries a few times during that time to cook evenly. May take more or less time, depending on the size and thickness of the cut.
  • Remove from oven once the edges slightly begin to brown and fries begin to crisp.  Sprinkle course salt on top when they are hot out of the oven (optional)
Helpful Hints The thinner you slice your carrots, the crispier they will be. Some peelers or mandolins will give you a very thin cut. Reduce cooking time accordingly Zucchini fries are best cut a little 'thicker' to prevent soggy thin pieces. Sweet Potato fries are best cut to average french fry size Remember to toss your fries a few times during cooking to promote even baking Do not over-crowd your cookie sheets. It is best to use two or three sheets instead of one over crowded. You want the air to circulate around your fries as they bake.
