Ingredients:
- 460 g of chocolate cake mix (the RUF brand was used in the recipe)
- 3 eggs
- 200 g whipping cream (35%)
- 2 cups freeze-dried raspberries
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup mascarpone
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups cream (12%)
- 2 handfuls of milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Method:
- Pour the cake mixture into a bowl, add eggs and 35% cream and mix thoroughly.
- Preheat the waffle maker and pour 1/3 cup of batter into the center of the waffle maker at a time and cook until the waffle is browned, about 1 and 1/2 minutes.
- Remove and place on a kitchen rack. This is how we process all the dough and then let it cool completely.
- All together, the dough should be enough for 8 waffles.
- Pour the freeze-dried raspberries into the blender jar, add the sugar and blend until they are like dust.
- Add mascarpone, vanilla extract, a cup of cream 12% and whip to a thick creamy consistency.
- Pour the chocolate chips into a bowl and heat 1/2 cup of 12% cream in a small saucepan over medium heat so that small bubbles start to form on the surface and the cream begins to boil a little.
- Pour the heated cream over the chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture is pretty smooth.
- We prepare a cake stand or a serving plate and start layering.
- Place the waffle on a plate, spread a layer of raspberry cream around the edges so that there is an average 3-4 cm space in the middle, into which we pour 1 spoonful of the chocolate mixture.

Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Method:
- Mix oat flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Take another bowl and add almond milk, warmed coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract and whisk carefully.
- If the coconut oil solidifies when it hits the other wet ingredients, heat it all up in the microwave to re-melt it.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups semi-coarse flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 spoons of granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 and 2/3 cups whole milk
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
Method:
- We preheat the waffle iron and, to be sure, we follow the instructions from its manufacturer so as not to destroy it.
- Sift flour with baking powder into a bowl, add sugar and salt and mix thoroughly.
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks, milk and oil and set aside for now.
- We will prepare another bowl, into which we will pour the egg whites and, using a hand mixer, beat them at medium speed until stiff peaks form.
- Add the egg yolk mixture to the flour and mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.
- Add the egg whites and slowly mix them into the dough using a wooden spoon.
- Spray the baking surface of the waffle maker with cooking spray and pour the batter 2/3 in the middle with a ladle.
- Cover and bake for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 teaspoons of dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 4 and 1/4 cups semi-coarse flour
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 14 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Method:
- Heat the milk until it is lukewarm and add the yeast and brown sugar. Mix lightly and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.
- Pour semi-coarse flour, salt, vanilla extract, melted butter and eggs into the bowl of a stand mixer/food processor.
- Pour in the prepared yeast and put on the mixing attachment.
- Mix on low speed to mix everything. Then we switch to the highest speed and beat for 1 minute.
- Add powdered sugar and mix again.
- Remove the bowl from the stand, transfer the dough to another bowl, cover with a tea towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
- After this time, divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and preheat the waffle iron. Spray the baking surface with cooking spray.
- Place one piece of dough at a time in the middle part of the waffle maker and bake for 4 to 5 minutes.

Method:
- Sift the flour into a large bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Cover with cling film and let rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Bubbles will gradually begin to form on the surface.
- As soon as the mixture starts to “bubble”, we can heat up the waffle iron and start baking.

- 2 tablespoons of cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 and 1/2 cups melted unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method:
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Put eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract in another bowl. Beat thoroughly and pour into the dry ingredients.
- Whisk to combine everything and create a smooth mixture.
- Heat the waffle maker and spray the baking surface with cooking spray. If we don’t have it, we can spread it with melted butter or oil using a rolling pin.
- Using a ladle, pour the dough in an appropriate amount into the center of the baking surface, about half of the smaller ladle, so that it covers the surface by no more than 2/3.
- Bake until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes, it depends on how fast the waffle maker bakes.
- Immediately after processing all the dough, we can serve the waffles.

- 1/2 cube of fresh unsalted butter

Method:
- Preheat the waffle maker and prepare the dough in the meantime.
- Sift flour with baking powder into a large bowl, add salt, sugar and mix.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with milk and add to the bowl with flour.
