What will we need
- 750 g of sliced watermelon without seeds
- 250 g of frozen strawberries
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 125 ml almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
Method
- Add the watermelon, strawberries, yogurt and milk to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Yellow watermelon smoothie with yogurt
This smoothie is made from only 3 ingredients, but it definitely doesn’t skimp on the taste. This is a thicker version of a drink with yogurt, so it can easily replace breakfast or an afternoon snack.
What will we need
- 120 g of cantaloupe or yellow melon
- 100 g of Greek yogurt
- 2 small teaspoons of honey
Method
- Blend the watermelon together with the yogurt.
- If the consistency is too thick, add a little milk.
- Then gradually add honey to taste.
