Cheese puff pastry with cherries
You will fall in love with a typical fluffy summer dessert with the addition of fresh cottage cheese and sweet cherries. Try bubbly again a little differently!
Ingredients
For the dough:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups (1 cup=250 ml) granulated sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 cups semi-coarse flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
On top:
- 250 g of soft cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 500 g of ripe cherries
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Method
- Wash the cherries, pit and sprinkle with 2 spoons of powdered sugar.
- Rub the cottage cheese with 3 spoons of granulated sugar.
- In a large bowl, beat whole eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.
- Add oil, milk and mix.
- Finally, sift the flour with baking powder.
- We work gently.
- Pour the batter onto a greased and lined tray, if necessary, we can pour it into several baking dishes.
- Place the curd on the surface of the dough with a spoon and then the cherries with sugar.
- Bake the puff pastry at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
- Dust the cooled bublanina with sugar and serve.

Fluffy bubble wrap with yogurt
A tall, soft and incredibly good version of cherry bubbly that takes no more than 10 minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 yogurt (200 ml)
- 1 cup (from yogurt) plain flour
- 1 cup (from yogurt) semolina
- 100 ml of oil
- 100 – 150 g of granulated sugar
- 1/2 baking powder
- pitted cherries
Method
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Mix the egg whites, mix the yolks, mix in the loose ingredients, oil and yogurt.
- Mix by hand, layer on a smaller tray (30 x 20 cm) with higher edges, which we have lined with baking paper.
- Add the cherries and place in the heated oven.
- Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for the first 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cooled puff pastry with icing sugar.

Marble bubble with kefir
This recipe is simple, quick and so juicy! We add softened butter to the dough for a better taste and we get an absolutely perfect delicacy.
Ingredients
- 300 g semi-coarse flour
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 1 baking powder
- 3 spoons of cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of kefir
- 500 g of cherries
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 ˚C.
- Beat the softened butter into a foam with powdered and vanilla sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time and beat until fluffy, white foam forms (this takes about 10 minutes).
- Gently stir in the kefir.
- Sift the flour and thoroughly mix it with the baking powder.
- Finally, mix thoroughly into the butter mixture.
- Grease a 30 x 40 cm baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with coarse flour.
- Pour 2/3 of the batter onto the baking sheet.
- Mix 1/3 of the dough with sifted cocoa.
- Pour onto the white dough and create a marble effect using a cutlery knife.
- It’s very simple, from left to right we draw wavy lines with a knife, the two doughs are thus interestingly mixed.
- Finally, sprinkle the dough with pitted cherries.
- Bake in a heated oven for about 40-45 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cooled puff pastry with icing sugar and cut into pieces.

Bubble pot
Mug pies are extremely popular because they are easy to make, taste fantastic and don’t require a scale. So why not make a bubble bath too!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (cup=250 ml) semi-coarse flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 pieces of vanilla sugar
- 1 pc of baking powder
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup of oil
- cherries
Method
- We prepare the dough by mixing the “dry” and “wet” ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix flour with granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
- In the second bowl, mix the eggs with milk and oil with a whisk.
- Then pour the wet mixture into the flour and mix a pliable dough.
- Line the tray with baking paper or coat it thoroughly with oil.
- Pour the dough onto a baking sheet, place pitted cherries on it and bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees Celsius.
- If we have a lot of fruit, we can use a larger tray of approx. 30×40 cm.
- If we want a taller bubble, bake it on a smaller baking sheet and bake it longer so that it is properly baked.
- After baking, the puff pastry can be sprinkled with icing sugar, or add a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream and garnish with lemon balm.

Cherry bubble with crumble
Another version of bubbly, this time with a favorite crumb. It works great with many different flavors such as berries, rhubarb or apricot. Bon apetite!
Ingredients
Dough
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups semi-coarse flour
- 1 baking powder
- 3 cups pitted cherries
Baby girl
- 30g of butter
- 60g of powdered sugar
- 50g semi-coarse flour
Method
- We pit the cherries.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- We make the crumb by hand from butter, powdered sugar and flour.
- Grease the baking sheet with butter and dust with flour.
- Beat the eggs together with the sugar well into a foam.
- Gradually add oil, milk, semi-coarse flour together with baking powder.
- Pour the batter onto a baking sheet/cake pan and put the cherries in it.
- We add a crumb.
- Bake for around 12-15 minutes at 220 degrees so that the bubbles rise, then reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
- The baking time depends on the form in which you bake the bublanin.
- We check with a toothpick whether the dough is ready.
- Let it cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and it’s done!
