INGREDIENTS
- 4 egg yolks
- 20 g of sugar
- 40 g of vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 80 g of yogurt
- 80 g of flour
- 4 egg whites
- 50 g of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
METHOD
- Beat the egg yolks with 20 g of sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to a white foam.
- Add the oil in parts and whisk.
- Then add yogurt and flour mixed with baking powder.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- When they are almost ready, we will whisk in the sugar a spoon at a time.
- Carefully add to the rest of the dough.
- Pour into a greased cake tin.
- Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.

Langoše made from yogurt and without leavening
Langoš, as you remember from your childhood from the stand by the pond.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 42 g of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- salt
- rapeseed oil
- garlic
- water
- ketchup
- grated cheese
METHOD
- We create yeast by mixing lukewarm milk, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of plain flour and crushed yeast.
- Let it rise for 10 minutes.
- Mix plain flour, yogurt, a pinch of salt and soda in a bowl.
- Add yeast and make a dough.
- We make pancakes.
- Fry on hot oil on both sides.
- Mix the pressed garlic with a little water.
- Rub the langoustines with garlic.
- Cover with ketchup, sprinkle with cheese and serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups semi-coarse flour
- 2 cups of white yogurt
- 2 eggs

- 1 cup semi-coarse flour
- 1 cup of white yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 egg

- 1 cup coarse flour
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons of butter
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- First we prepare the crumb.
- Mix coarse flour and powdered sugar in a bowl.
- Add melted butter and make a crumb.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl and make a soft dough.
- Pour into a cake pan.
- Place the nectarine slices.
- Sprinkle with crumbs.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS for two people
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 cup of white yogurt
- 1 pressed clove of garlic
- rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- rapeseed oil
METHOD
- First, we prepare the yogurt marinade.
- Mix yogurt, egg, garlic and season with rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Put the meat in the marinade and leave it in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, we take out the cutlets and wrap them in breadcrumbs.
- Heat a pan with oil.
- Fry until golden on both sides.
- Served with boiled potatoes.
